At KinderSuccess (operated by KTM Connect LLC), we believe that children’s digital learning environments must be 100% safe, private, and free from commercial tracking. This Privacy Policy outlines our strict policies regarding child and user privacy.

2. Zero Personal Data Collection

KinderSuccess is designed with a privacy-first, offline-supported architecture:

  • We do NOT collect, store, transmit, or request any personal information (such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, or device identifiers) from children or parents.
  • We do NOT require user account creation or registration to use the app.
  • We do NOT use third-party analytics, tracking SDKs, or advertising networks.

We do use two limited third-party services for essential app functions only:

  • RevenueCat — used solely to process and verify your one-time in-app purchase via Apple App Store or Google Play. RevenueCat does not receive any personal information about you or your child.
  • Firebase (Google) — used solely to verify your 7-day free trial period using an anonymous, device-generated identifier. No names, email addresses, locations, or behavioral data are transmitted to Firebase.

Neither service receives any personally identifiable information. Both are used exclusively for purchase and trial verification — never for advertising, analytics, or data profiling.

3. Local Device Storage Only

All learning progress — including completed stories, nursery poems, sight word practice records, and custom tracing canvas drawings — is stored 100% locally on your own device. This data is never shared with advertisers or third parties, and is never used for profiling or behavioral tracking.

A limited, anonymous device identifier is used solely to verify your trial status and confirm your one-time purchase history. This identifier contains no personal information and cannot be used to identify you or your child.

4. COPPA & Children’s Privacy Compliance

Our application complies fully with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the Apple App Store Kids Category Guidelines, and the Google Play Families Policy:

  • No Advertisements: KinderSuccess contains zero third-party ads or commercial banners.
  • No In-App Behavioral Tracking: We do not track or profile user behavior.
  • No External Links in Child Areas: All parental settings and external links are housed safely inside the password/gate-protected Parent Portal.

5. Audio Playback & Device Privacy

KinderSuccess includes bundled audio recordings of phonogram sounds to assist children with correct pronunciation.

  • Pre-Recorded Local Audio: All phonogram sounds and audio prompts play from local sound files pre-bundled directly within the app on your device.
  • No Microphone Access: KinderSuccess does not require, request, or use microphone permissions. The app does not have voice recording or speech analysis features.
  • No Voice Data Collected: Because there is no microphone access or voice recording in the app, no voice or audio recordings are ever created, collected, stored, or transmitted.

6. One-Time Purchase & Subscriptions

KinderSuccess is offered as a single one-time purchase without recurring monthly subscriptions or hidden micro-transactions. Payment transactions are processed entirely and securely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play Store). We do not receive or store any financial or billing information.
